Our Programs & Initiatives

As the Azark Foundation expands its footprint across Central Appalachia, our initiatives are built at the intersection of established evidence and agile execution. Powered by our Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) READY Nonprofits grant, we are building sustainable infrastructure to serve regional educators, partners, and communities.

To ensure operational transparency, our work is organized across three development phases:

• Active & Delivery-Ready: Programs with active delivery models ready for immediate district or organizational deployment.

• Enrolling Initial Partners: Fully developed program frameworks currently recruiting pilot school districts, healthcare partners, and initial participants.

• Infrastructure Buildout: Long-term regional assets actively being built and scaled through ARC capacity-building support.
